The following information is about Active Pills.

Active Pills Defined

In a birth control pill pack, these are pills that contain the hormones that work to prevent pregnancy. When you are not taking active pills, you usually get your period within a few days. Most pill packs have active pills for the first 21 days and reminder pills for the last seven. Active pills and reminder pills always differ in color so you can easily tell the difference between them.
